if you haven't tried this little beauty secret...
now is the time!
scoop 1 to 2 cups of brown sugar into a container
![]() |
| J & J is great! i love the nostalgia that the fragrance brings, however, there are generic brands that can be more economical. |
add 1/2 to 1 cup of baby oil
~ mix well ~
add more sugar depending on the
desired consistency
(you can also use olive oil or coconut oil. YUM!)
take the magic mix into the shower and
apply it to your bod...focusing on the
parts that may possess a little cellulite!
exhilarating !!!
to "kick it up a notch" (love ya Em!)
add a drop of vitamin E and
a tablespoon of coffee grounds!
(the caffeine adds a little more magic!)
smoothing !!!
ahhhh!!! you are at the spa in Palm Springs!
i have been making the 1 cup recipe...it can
be good for 2 to 3 applications. i place it in a
little square Rubbermaid container because i
am a stickler about having breakables in the bath!
one more thing! when finished, rinse and wipe
the shower floor to avoid slipping!
have a SWEET Tuesday!
*L*
[with "pour some sugar on me" love]

What a clever idea!! I have used plain sugar and dish soap for cleaning mine or my husband's grimy hands. This is a whole beauty treatment idea!! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI love it! And I need it!!
