i wasn't going to post until Friday, but i just had to snap this
pretty image of this morning's sunlight peeking in!
( i am washing and sorting table linens to be kept in the black cupboard.)
i can feel a change in the atmosphere.
i can see the deep into Summer golden glow outside.

Oh, what a pretty picture this is. Yes, I just felt the change of weather the last few days. It is getting a bit cooler, and I am hoping it stays that way.
ReplyDeleteHave a happy week.

Good morning dear Lynne! I know the feeling about trying to capture the end of summer, which seems odd to me, since August has always been the HEIGHT of summer for me, but the chill in the morning air and knowing that school will start after Labor Day is bringing this into reality!
ReplyDeleteYou and I love lavender so....
Oh how exciting to think about fall already! I love, love, love fall! That is a lovely picture of one of my favorite things in life, lavender!
ReplyDeleteThere is a change..yesterday I pointed out to my hubby that the lawn looks more like a September lawn..all dried out.
ReplyDeleteIt has been a 'real' summer here in the PNW, one we haven't had in quite awhile and I am looking forward to Fall just like you are.
Have a wonderful week, my friend. xo
